A contract exists only when Circular Telecom issues written order acceptance. We may decline orders because of availability, export compliance, sanctions, or clear pricing errors.

Warranty Framework
Secondary market infrastructure, de-risked through clear terms.
CT Verified optics are backed by a 5-year warranty. CT Verified hardware is lights-on tested and backed by advanced replacement support unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Software licensing, embedded IP rights, and OEM authorisations remain the customer's responsibility unless expressly included in an accepted order.
Delivery and Risk
Risk transfers on collection for customer-routed freight or on arrival for Circular Telecom arranged transport. Delivery dates are approximate.
Data and Software
Recovered storage media processed under THE ARC receives certified data destruction. Hardware title does not include third-party software licences.
Retention of Title
Ownership remains with Circular Telecom until all invoices and delivery costs are paid in cleared funds.
